Wilson’s Deer Processing offers over 10 years of experience in basic butcher services. Our small family shop provides superior quality products at a competitive price. We make a variety of products such as tenderized steak, burgers, sausages, and our outstanding jerky. Please see our price sheet for a current list of our products and prices. We are a full-service shop, offering skinning and caping services. Open late and weekends means you can bring your kill directly to us. We can even send your prize Deer or Hog to a local taxidermist for you!

The On-Call hours are for Drop Offs Only and we ask that you call BEFORE you bring one out so we can get there. Please call 662-722-2188 if you need to bring out a deer.

- Tuesday: Open 8am-8pm
- Wednesday: On-Call / Open 6pm – 8pm
- Thursday: On-Call Only
- Friday: On-Call / Open 6pm – 8pm
- Saturday: On-Call / Open 2pm – 8 pm
- Sunday: 8am-10am (On Call Only) / 3pm – 8pm

These hours are applicable from October 1st- January 31st. Modified hours for Bow Season and After closing weekend vary.
